My second toe looks like a claw-do I have Hammertoe? -

Hammertoes and Mallet toes are usually not a serious condition, but can become painful as the bent joint rubs against the inside of the shoe, causing irritation, corns or calluses. Hammertoes may also cause occasional shooting pains throughout the toes or elsewhere in the foot.

Take care of your dancing feet -

Dancing, especially professional dancing such as ballet, can create tremendous stress on feet and ankles. A bad Assemble or Turnout might result in a sprained ankle, torn ligaments or broken foot. Professional dancers also suffer from overuse injuries, just as professional athletes do, and a severe injury to the foot or ankle in either of these professions can be a career killer.

My child has flat feet - what should I do? -

Many parents become concerned when they notice that their child has flat feet. Depending on the age of your child, it may be nothing to worry about or it may indicate fallen arches, which Podiatrists call pes planus.
